It's Quitting Time!
Arnett HealthPlans would like to remind our members about our smoking cessation program "It's Quitting Time." You qualify for this program if you answer "Yes" to the following questions.
 I am currently enrolled with Arnett Health Plans. (not available for Medicare Gold members)
I am very interested in quitting within the next month.
I am very confident that with help I could stop smoking completely within the next month.
I am willing to invest some time by allowing a Smoking Cessation counselor to contact me by phone 3-4 times in the next month.
You may enroll in this program by calling the Smoking Cessation Hotline at 1-888-448-7440, ext. 7453 or 448-7453 and leave your name, telephone number and a convenient time for one of our counselors to reach you. If it is determined that you need either the Nicotine patch or Zyban to help you stop smoking, the counselor will coordinate with your PCP so that you receive up to an eight-week supply at no cost. The only cost to this program is if you drop out before your quit date or fail to keep your scheduled contacts. You will then be billed for the cost of either the Nicotine patches or Zyban.
