Helping those whose healthcare is covered by Arnett HealthPlans achieve and maintain optimum health has been our mission since our 1985 founding by a group of local physicians.
Serving North Central Indiana.
Headquartered in Lafayette, Indiana, we serve the state's north-central region. Our providers include some 300 physicians--nearly half are primary care providers, the others offer care in a broad range of specialties.
Offering Numerous Products.
We offer a range of healthcare coverage products, from small business plans to large corporation HMOs and POS plans, third-party administration and a Medicare plan.
Providing Member-Oriented Programs.
In keeping with our health-focused mission, we also extend health management programs to our members, covering areas such as asthma and diabetes. |
